Our commitment
Grindstone Coffee NWA wants everyone to be able to find our hours, our menu, and our two locations — whatever device or assistive technology you use. We treat accessibility as part of doing business well, not a box to check, and we fix problems as we learn about them.
What we aim for
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That is the standard most widely referenced for public-facing websites in the United States.
Steps we have taken on this site include:
- A “skip to main content” link so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
- Text and background colors checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Descriptive alternative text on images, and one clear page heading structure per page.
- Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus outline on links and buttons.
- Reduced or removed motion when your device asks for it via the “reduce motion” setting.
- Phone numbers and addresses marked up so they work with screen readers and tap-to-call.
Known limitations
Online ordering, gift cards, and payment are handled on Toast's website, and maps and directions are handled by Google. We do not control how accessible those services are. If you hit a barrier while ordering, please call us at +1 479-425-2224 and we will take your order directly.
Tell us about a problem
If any part of this site is difficult to use, we want to hear about it — it is the fastest way for us to fix it. Reach us by phone at +1 479-425-2224, in person at either location, or through our Instagram.
Please tell us the page you were on and what happened. We aim to respond within five business days, and we will offer the information or service you were after in another way while we work on a fix.
